We search multiple job portals and company career pages every day to find relevant opportunities for software testing, QA, automation, SDET, performance testing, and AI quality engineering. Every software testing job listing is reviewed before being included.

How We Select Jobs

We don’t publish every testing job we find. Each opportunity goes through a basic review based on these criteria:

1. Role Relevance

The position must be directly related to areas such as:

  • Software Testing
  • QA Engineering
  • Test Automation
  • SDET
  • Performance Testing
  • API Testing
  • Quality Engineering
  • AI Testing
  • Test Architecture

2. Freshness

We prioritize recently posted jobs, normally those posted within the last 24 to 48 hours.

Older listings are excluded unless they are still clearly active and highly relevant.

3. Company Credibility

We review the company before including the position.

We look for:

  • Established company presence
  • Official website
  • Company LinkedIn presence
  • Legitimate career page
  • Consistent company information
  • No obvious scam indicators

Suspicious companies or questionable listings are excluded.

4. Application Link

Every job must have a working application link.

Whenever possible, we prefer the company’s official career page over a third-party job portal.

If the job is available only through a portal such as Naukri or LinkedIn Jobs, we provide the original posting link.

5. No Duplicate Jobs

We maintain a record of previously published jobs.

The same company + role + location combination is not repeatedly published in subsequent daily digests.

6. Job Quality

We prioritize jobs that provide useful information such as:

  • Experience requirements
  • Technology stack
  • Location
  • Work model
  • Responsibilities
  • Salary information, when available

7. Suspicious Listings

We do not publish jobs that show obvious warning signs such as:

  • Requests for payment
  • Requests for sensitive financial information
  • Suspicious company identity
  • Unverifiable employer
  • Broken or suspicious application links
  • Unrealistic employment claims
  • Obvious recruitment scams

Important: Our review reduces the risk of questionable listings, but it does not guarantee that an employer or job posting is legitimate.

8. Job Sources

We search across multiple sources, including:

  • Naukri
  • LinkedIn Jobs
  • Indeed
  • Glassdoor
  • Foundit
  • Wellfound
  • Company Career Pages

When an official company career page is available, we prefer linking directly to it.
